Pricing - 1st thing to grab anyones attention. Low-cost ssd hosting accounts and great specs drew me in. Support - willing to work with customers. If you have special requests on something they do the best that they can to give you what you need. Tech support replies within seconds. Best of all, my site is noticeably more responsive. Shared Hosting

This is my 1st domain and I had to seek tech help 3 times via phone and chat. Gigapros was able to correct my mistakes and walk me through the process and explain so easily that I will be able to do it myself in the future. I paid only $140 for a year of hosting, and they taught me something new! For anybody who is contemplating using these guys all i can say is if the rest of them are anything like Nick dont hesitate, join up right away because i am convinced.

Recommended. Gigapros customer support is wonderful. They respond promptly to emails or you can use the Live Chat. I had a problem at 10 PM one night and got help without waiting at all. AND the problem wasn’t even with Gigapros, it turned out to be the port server from my ISP. This is one of the best hosting services for OpenCart. I use Gigapros for my tablet web site and run OpenCart on it.

Love Gigapros server hosting service - it is the #1 host to run wordpress sites. They offer various server locations. Performance is great, uptime too, and the service is superb. I don't think I have ever had to call customer support. Most everything I wanted to do just worked, and any problems I had were quickly solved by their self-support. Recommended!
