We moved our small business WordPress site to CanSpace Solutions after comparing a few Canadian hosting companies, and we’ve been very happy with the switch. It was important to us that our website and data actually stay in Canada, which CanSpace provides. The biggest difference has probably been the support - whenever we’ve had a question, we’ve received a helpful response from a real person, usually in under an hour. The migration was handled for us, and we still get the familiar cPanel setup we were used to. If someone asked us for a reliable Canadian web host, CanSpace would be our recommendation.

We moved our company site and 4 domains to CanSpace after our previous US-based host had repeated downtime. Migration was handled by their support team within a day, no downtime. What sold us was Canadian data residency - our clients are government-adjacent and ask about this. Support tickets get real answers from technicians, usually within the hour. Renewal pricing is what they advertise, no bait-and-switch. Two months in, zero regrets.

We moved our business site to CanSpace Solutions after years of rising renewal prices and slow support at a big US host, and the difference has been night and day. Everything is hosted on Canadian servers by a Canadian company, which mattered to us for patriotic reasons, but being PIPEDA compliance is an additional benefit. Their support team answers tickets quickly with actual fixes rather than canned replies, and they migrated our WordPress site and email over for free with no downtime. Pricing is straightforward too: the rate we signed up at is the rate we renew at, with none of the introductory bait-and-switch other hosts pull. CanSpace has been the most reliable web host we've used, and I'd recommend them to any Canadian business or anyone who wants their data kept on Canadian soil.

I spent way too long researching web hosting companies in Canada before landing on CanSpace. I run two WordPress sites for my business and had been with HostPapa for about 3 years. The performance was OK but their support was painfully slow whenever I actually needed help. CanSpace has been a completely different experience. Both sites loaded noticeably faster from day one, and the one time I had a question about my SSL certificate, their support team got back to me within minutes with a clear answer. The pricing is also very competitive - I'm on their Medium plan and it's less than what I was paying before for fewer features. As a small business owner in Ontario, it's also nice knowing my data is actually staying in Canada. Very happy with the switch.

I work for a major university here in Canada so we have sites hosted with almost every web hosting provider in Canada - Web Hosting Canada, HostPapa, etc. While those guys are generally fine, CanSpace has always come out ahead in both performance and support. They really go out of their way to help with even the smallest of issues - going as far as to make design related suggestions that we hadn't even considered ourselves. We're also using WordPress and we find that our sites hosted with CanSpace load faster than with any other provider. Overall we are extremely satisfied with CanSpace and highly recommend them.

My company now has a mandate to move our business back to Canada wherever possible. We had a fairly complex WordPress based website we were hosting down in the US for nearly 10 years now without any issues, so we were a bit hesitant to touch things. CanSpace made the migration extremely straightforward. Their sales team was great from the start, and their support team was equally as good. Like many other reviewers have said about CanSpace, my only regret is not switching to them sooner. We are now paying in Canadian dollars, supporting a Canadian company, paying less than before, AND getting way better support. Best decision ever. I highly recommend switching from US hosting companies over to CanSpace for every other Canadian company out there.

I've had my domain and personal email addresses associated with it set up via a hosting provider in the US for the last 10+ years now. Everything was working more or less fine, but I decided I would move my business to a Canadian company wherever possible. I didn't want any email issues so I was reluctant, but CanSpace put all my concerns at ease and migrated everything over seamlessly. There was no downtime at all like they promised, and everything is working exactly as it was before. I'm now paying less than half of what I was before, and also paying in Canadian dollars. I'm extremely happy so far with CanSpace.

Super happy with CanSpace so far. We're running several WordPress sites on their VPS-Erie, and everything has been fast and stable from day one. They helped us get our sites running with the latest PHP version, and also configured Redis for us. Also love that they’re a Canadian host - it’s reassuring to keep our data local and not have to deal with U.S. companies.

I've been moving my services away from American-based companies wherever possible. I had my website for nearly 10 years with Bluehost, and decided to move everything over to CanSpace after establishing that they are a 100% Canadian company. To be honest I wish I had done it years ago! Now that I'm paying in Canadian dollars I'm actually paying way less than before, and - as literally every other review points out - their support is amazing. Hooray for a truly Canadian company.
