In fact, I was so satisfied with this host, our business now has a number of dedicated servers and different hosting accounts with GlowHost host, and everything continues to be smooth. All my questions are answered quickly and promptly, and the services have been excellent.

VPS Hosting

I've been hosting my personal website with GlowHost and the experience has been very positive. My account was activated almost immediately, so I was able to start building my site without delay. The free domain and private SSL certificate were nice bonuses that saved me some extra expense. My website has remained stable, and I appreciate the uptime monitoring they provide. Customer support has also been friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.

Good job! I've been with many hosting providers and have never found a host that offers the service and support I get from Glowhost Web Host! Uptime and Speed have been superb. I've had questions that were answered and fixed as soon as possible, and complex problems worked on by the hosting admins personally resolved in only a couple days.

Well done! GlowHost is the fourth hosting provider I have been with over the last 5 months. I wish I would have found them from the beginning. They have affordable hosting, excellent service, and a great staff. They communicate really well with their clients.

I am satisfied with Glowhost's customer service and tech support. It is a great hosting provider that provides excellent hosting packages. They have fantastic uptime! It is a steal to get hosting this cheap, with such great features, in a great datacenter. They usually reply 5-10 minutes after you submit your ticket with a logical answer. Can't ask for more!

Best hosting provider I have ever seen, Glowhost servers are very fast, reliable and cool support. I've had questions that were answered and fixed as soon as possible, and complex problems worked on by the hosting admins personally resolved in only a couple days. VPS Hosting

I host both a small WordPress site and a phpBB forum with GlowHost, and they've both been stable so far. Resource limits have been sufficient for my current traffic, and backups have given me extra peace of mind. Customer support has been polite and helpful whenever I reached out. While there's always room for improvement, I'm pleased with the value and would rate the service 4 out of 5 stars.

I've been very happy with the level of support from GlowHost, right from the start. Recently I ran into difficulties with a plugin not functioning properly. GlowHost support checked it out thoroughly for me and, though it was not caused by them in any way, even pinpointed the source of the difficulty for me. It's great to know that a good hosting service has such excellent backup. Many thanks from a very happy customer.

I'm already a week ahead of the old hosting service I used for 10 years, which I still didn't resolve the problems I had with creating a Joomla account. Glowhost has very reactive and knowledgeable support team. The best however is their pro-active support.
