Job Description

We grow every day, and this is why we're hiring new people every few months. We're looking for someone with advanced cPanel/WHM server administration experience (UI and CLI), with knowledge of CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, and Imunify360.

Qualifications and Skills:
Must have experience working in the web hosting industry (3+ years)
Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Intimate knowledge of cPanel, how it works, and how to fix errors with it
Up-to-date cPanel University certifications (all of them)
Excellent SSH and command-line skills
Ability to interpret email and weblogs
Knowledge of Mod_Security, PHP applications, Web Errors, Email Errors, CSF, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Nginx, Apache, Imunify360, MailChannels.
Patience and perseverance to provide exceptional technical support to non-technical users via tickets.


We're offering 24 days PTO per year; the average salary for this role $1400-$2200, and it all depends on your current skills.
